Hello friends. How many of you are struggling hard to reduce your weight? Well, in recent times, people are becoming more and more aware about diet and hence, they are retorting to crash diets and are skipping meals in order to reduce their body weight. However, there are hundreds of side effects if you skip your daily meals or retort to reduce your weight in an un-ethical way. Today, I am happy to discuss more about weight reduction and the harmful effects, in today’s post.

I had a friend who was somewhere around 122 kilograms and hence, he tried very hard to reduce his weight. Each and every day, he used to have just 1 meal and as the days progressed, he certainly reduced weight but at the same time, he lost completely his energy too. He became very weak and he was  not able to complete his daily chores too. And as a result of this, he once again started eating and was back to the normal obese position. So what is the best possible solution to this?

Well, there is only 1 solution which I follow is, eat nutritious food,do not eat less but exercise a lot. In other words, you need to consume protein snacks and nutritious foods every single day however, do not forget to exercise for at least 30 minutes a day thus, keeping your body fit and healthy. Remember, do not ever skip your meal or undergo a crash diet as this can seriously spoil the functioning of your body gradually. So reduce your weight in a normal way and very slowly, thus providing you fruitful benefits within 3 to 6 months. Cheers!
